The first step was in 1958 when the foundation stone of Samnan Trading and Maintenance company was laid. The company has moved towards the fields of water and gas stations for nearly forty years and in 1997, we have decided to establish specialized sectors in all areas related to water and gas stations. In the light of the development and expansion of the company’s business in general, in 2010, Samnan, a Saudi-based company, decided to transfer its sectors to limited liability companies (Samnan Petroleum, Samnan swimming pools, Samnan Food, Samnan Island, Rezeq, Water) and these companies have been gathered under the Samnan Holding Group in the year 2011.
